If you exceed your Monthly Active Contact limit, your operations will not be affected; you will simply be billed for additional contacts on demand in increments of 100, at a cost of $10 per 100 additional contacts. In other words, the client will be able to communicate with you through WhatsApp messages and also through phone calls, something essential to close sales.

  1. Valid personal Facebook account.
  2. Your business page on Facebook.
  3. Landline or mobile phone number. If you do not have it, you can get a fixed number with us.

The process takes between 7 and 14 business days once the telephone line to be used is chosen. This number must be registered with Facebook so that you can open multiple messages from your customers and respond to them with various agents.

Our plans start from $79 (Starter Plan), allowing you to have up to 2 agents and 1000 monthly contacts.
