Our platform connects directly to the official Meta API through WhatsApp Cloud API. Unlike WhatsApp Business, with the API you can:
- Create and customize more complex conversation flows, automating and scaling your marketing and customer service operations.
- Connect more than five users at a time.
- Easily integrate with other internal systems and applications of your company such as CRM or ERP
- Have administrator access to the Facebook Business Manager account
- If you use WhatsApp, you must ensure that the number you connect to the API platform is a number that receives Messages and/or Phone Calls, as you will receive a validation code to connect that same number.
Yes. On the API platform it is possible that you can migrate from another BSP.
We have two types of onboarding: free and paid.
- The free one includes one hour of support and is carried out by an expert who will guide you to connect your channel and then give you access to an Academy where you can watch our videos and customize your implementation yourself.
- The paid one is quoted according to the number of hours dedicated, where we have a basic plan of 6 hours valued at 300 USD
- The onboarding has 5 stages, we understand your business, we connect your service channels, we co-create your personalized flows, we train you and finally we register you including a satisfaction survey.
- The service includes the work of several professionals, including automation engineers, copywriting experts and an experience director.
This initial process takes two weeks. If additional needs are defined within this time, the support service is quoted for additional hours.
If you are looking to get more value from Flexichat and have a better conversational experience, the professional support service is offered in 10, 50 and 100 hour plans. The value of the professional hour is US$ 50.0 and these hours can be used for 12 months, for the initial configuration and subsequent adjustments that may be required over time.
