Please carefully read the following Customer Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) before acquiring any of the subscription options offered by Flexi (“Flexi Services”). By finalizing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges having read and fully understood the Terms outlined here.
These Terms also apply to any multimedia content, service, or link to it, or any other material made available through the Flexi Service (hereinafter referred to as “Content”).
The use of Flexi Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions if Intergroup Digital Inc includes them here with proper reference.
If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms described here, we ask that you do not proceed with the acquisition of the Flexi Subscription.

1. Definitions
Website: All pages, content, and materials stored and viewable under the domain www.flexi.cx. The term Website refers to the visible part during navigation (public section).
Online or Service Platform: A private website where Buyers can access all Flexi Services related to the Subscription type they have purchased. Buyers access their space through an email and password after completing the registration process.
User: A person who accesses and navigates the Website and/or Online Platform but does not yet have a registered account on the Online Platform.
Buyer: A natural or legal person who acquires the Subscription available on the Online Platform and thus has a registered account.
Consumer: Buyers acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, trade, or professional activity.
Partners: Companies working with Flexi under a collaboration agreement.
Community: All messaging channels available to connect different members of the ecosystem to build strategic quality relationships.
Content: Any multimedia content, service, or link to it, or other material made available through the Flexi Services.
Subscription: The different categories of products offered by Flexi through its Online Platform, aimed at helping users with customer service (SaaS) through our multichannel tool. Regardless of the existence of different subscription types, we will refer to them in the singular as the Subscription.
Services: The set of services provided by Flexi, regardless of the Online Platform through which the service is delivered.
Buyer’s Data: Records generated within the platform during the term of the Subscription, including conversation logs, contact base records, and chat records, all in text format.
Account Cancellation: The definitive and irreversible termination of the Buyer’s account, whether at the Buyer’s request or due to non-payment, as established in these Terms.
2. General Information
The holder of the Subscription and all services offered on the Online Platform is Intergroup Digital Inc (hereinafter “Flexi”), with a tax address at: 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Delaware, Newark 19702, United States.

Flexi is the company owner of the Website www.flexi.cx, as well as the domain https://multiagente.flexinumber.com/
Flexi’s failure to exercise any right or provision contained in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless expressly acknowledged and agreed upon in writing with the Buyer.
Flexi reserves the right to alter the Content of the Services and to modify these Terms in a non-substantial way without prior notice. In the case of substantial changes, the Buyer will be notified by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. Object and Scope
The acquisition of the Flexi Subscription must be made according to the instructions mentioned in these Terms. The Buyer declares to be aware of and accept these steps as necessary to access the information about the Subscription offered on the Online Platform and, if applicable, proceed with its acquisition.
4. Subscription Acquisition Process
4.1 Requirements for contracting
The Buyer declares and acknowledges: having read and fully understood these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Legal Notice; being over 18 years of age with sufficient capacity to contract; and assuming all obligations outlined here.
4.2 Prices
The Subscription price will be displayed in United States Dollars or the local currency of each country, including applicable direct taxes unless otherwise stated. Flexi may modify prices for periods not yet paid, notifying the Buyer with reasonable advance notice. If a typographical error occurs in any displayed price, the Buyer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
4.3 Purchase process
To acquire the Subscription, the Buyer must register on the Online Platform, select the desired plan, and complete the payment process. Flexi may request the following personal data: full name, company name (if applicable), address, phone number, email address, coupon code (if applicable), and payment method.
4.4 Payment methods
Payment is processed by credit or debit card through Stripe, a PCI DSS certified platform with the 3D-Secure program. Card data is not stored in any Flexi database; only payment confirmation is received.
4.5 Demo version
Flexi may offer a 14-day demo version of the Online Platform, available once per User, upon free online registration. Before the trial period expires, Flexi will notify the Buyer by email. Upon expiration, the recurring monthly paid Subscription will be automatically activated unless the Buyer has canceled at least three business days before the end of the free version.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
5.1 Automatic renewal
The payment will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless the Buyer cancels before the current subscription period ends.
5.2 Cancellation at the Buyer’s request
To cancel the Subscription, the Buyer must send an email from their registered email address to support@flexi.cx with the word “CANCEL” in the subject line, at least three business days before the subscription renewal date.
Before requesting cancellation, Buyers are strongly encouraged to download all their data from the Reports section of the Platform, as described in Section 8 of these Terms. Once the cancellation is processed, data cannot be recovered free of charge or with any guarantee.
5.3 Cancellation due to non-payment
In the event of non-payment, Flexi will initiate an administrative contact process to resolve the situation. If, after 72 hours from the last administrative contact attempt, no response or payment is received, Flexi will proceed with the temporary suspension of the account.
If all available contact mechanisms have been exhausted with no response from the Buyer, and as determined by Flexi’s administrative team, the account will be subject to permanent cancellation. This decision will be made exclusively by Flexi’s administrative team, once the full internal protocol has been verified and completed.
5.4 Definitive and irreversible nature of account cancellation
Account cancellation, regardless of its cause (Buyer’s request or non-payment), is a definitive and irreversible process. Once cancellation is executed, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. If the Buyer wishes to resume use of Flexi’s Services, they must create a new account and start all configuration from scratch.
The Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- All prior platform configurations (flows, automations, integrations, etc.) will be permanently lost.
- Flows may be exported beforehand, but importing them into the platform is not currently supported, meaning they cannot be loaded into a new account.
- No data, conversations, contacts, or configurations will be automatically transferred to the new account.
5.5 Refund policy
The scenarios under which Flexi considers a full refund applicable are:
- Right of withdrawal: A Buyer considered a Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of contracting, at no cost, without providing a reason.
- Non-use of the platform: If neither the Buyer nor any authorized user has made use of the Subscription benefits during the subscription period, Flexi will fully refund the subscription fee, with a maximum limit of the first two months. Additional months will not be refundable.
In all other cases, no full or partial refund will be issued. Subscriptions obtained through a promotional or gift code are also non-refundable. Flexi will not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription period.
6. Personal Data Processing
6.1 Data controller
The data controller for the Buyer’s personal data is Intergroup Digital Inc (Flexi), located at 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Delaware, Newark 19702, United States. Contact: support@flexi.cx
6.2 Personal data collected
Flexi collects and processes the following personal data from the Buyer during the term of the Subscription:
- Full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Postal or business address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Payment method (managed exclusively by Stripe; Flexi does not store banking data)
- Platform activity records: conversation logs, contact base, and chats, all in text format
Flexi does not store images, videos, or multimedia files exchanged through the Platform.
6.3 Purpose of processing
The Buyer’s personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Management and execution of the contractual relationship arising from the Subscription
- Provision of contracted Services
- Service-related communications, renewals, and changes to the Terms
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations
- Improvement of the Services offered by Flexi
6.4 Legal basis for processing
Data processing is carried out on the following legal grounds:
- Contractual performance: processing is necessary for the provision of the contracted Services
- Legal obligation: in the countries where Flexi operates, processing may be required by applicable regulations
- Legitimate interest: for service improvement and fraud prevention
- Consent: where required by applicable local regulations
6.5 Applicable legislation by country
As Flexi operates across multiple Latin American countries, data processing complies with the following regulations, depending on the Buyer’s location:
- Peru: Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations (D.S. 003-2013-JUS)
- Mexico: Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP)
- Colombia: Law 1581 of 2012 – General Data Protection Regime
- Brazil: General Data Protection Law (LGPD) – Law No. 13.709/2018
- Chile: Law No. 19.628 on Protection of Private Life (and current amendments)
- Argentina: Law No. 25.326 – Personal Data Protection Law
6.6 International data transfers
The Buyer’s data may be processed on servers located outside their country of residence. In such cases, Flexi ensures that these transfers are carried out through mechanisms that guarantee an adequate level of protection, in compliance with the applicable regulations in each country.
6.7 Buyer’s data rights
The Buyer may exercise the following rights over their personal data at any time and free of charge, in accordance with the applicable regulations in their country:
- Access: know what data Flexi processes about them
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure / Cancellation: request the deletion of their data
- Objection: object to data processing in certain circumstances
- Portability: receive their data in a structured format (where applicable)
- Restriction of processing: request processing to be limited in specific cases
To exercise any of these rights, the Buyer must send a written request to support@flexi.cx, clearly stating the right they wish to exercise and attaching a copy of their identity document. Flexi will respond within the timeframes established by the applicable regulations in the Buyer’s country.
6.8 Data retention
The Buyer’s personal data will be processed for the duration of the Subscription. Once the account is cancelled — whether at the Buyer’s request or due to non-payment — all data stored on the Platform will be automatically and immediately deleted.
Notwithstanding the above, Flexi may retain certain data for the period of 72 hours or the legally required by applicable tax, accounting, or regulatory regulations in each country, solely for that purpose and with restricted access.
7. Data Deletion Upon Account Cancellation
7.1 Automatic and immediate deletion
Once the Buyer’s account is cancelled — whether by express request or due to non-payment — all data stored on the Platform will be automatically and immediately deleted, with no possibility of free recovery thereafter.
Deleted data includes:
- Conversation logs
- Contact base records
- Chat records
- Account configurations, flows, and automations
Flexi does not perform automatic backups and does not guarantee the recovery of any information after account cancellation.
7.2 Buyer’s responsibility
The Buyer is solely responsible for downloading and safeguarding their information before the account is cancelled. It is strongly recommended to download all available information from the Reports section of the Platform before requesting or accepting account cancellation. Flexi shall not be held liable for any loss of information that was not downloaded by the Buyer in a timely manner.
8. Data Download and Portability Before Cancellation
8.1 Downloadable information
While the account is active, the Buyer may access the Reports section of the Platform and download the following information in .CSV format:
- Conversation logs
- Contact base records
- Chat records
Important: Only text-format information is exported. Images, videos, attachments, and any other type of multimedia content are not included, as Flexi does not store such files.
8.2 Flows and automations
The Buyer may export the flows and automations configured in their account. However, Flexi does not currently support flow importing, meaning these exported files cannot be loaded into a new account on the Platform. It is recommended to keep these files as reference to manually recreate the configuration if needed.
8.3 Limitations after cancellation
Once the account is cancelled, it will no longer be possible to access the Platform or download any information. The Buyer will lose access immediately and permanently.
9. Post-Cancellation Data Recovery (Backup Service)
9.1 Availability and conditions
Should the Buyer require the recovery of information after their account has been cancelled, Flexi may evaluate the feasibility of a data recovery (backup) service, subject to the following conditions:
- The backup service carries an additional cost, which will be assessed and communicated to the Buyer on an individual basis, depending on the data volume and time required for processing.
- Recovery is not immediate. The initial assessment process will take a minimum of 72 business hours from receipt of the formal request, after which Flexi will communicate the estimated costs, delivery timelines, and service conditions to the Buyer.
- Data recovery is not guaranteed to be 100% complete. Due to the technical nature of the process, it is possible that some information may not be recoverable or may contain errors, inconsistencies, or partial losses. Flexi assumes no liability for the integrity or completeness of recovered data.
- Only information in text format can be recovered, corresponding to conversation logs, contact base records, and chat records. Images, videos, and multimedia files are not recoverable.
9.2 Request procedure
To request the backup service, the Buyer must send an email to support@flexi.cx indicating: account name, registered email address, approximate date of cancellation, and a description of the type of information they wish to recover. Flexi will respond within a maximum of 72 business hours with a proposal covering costs and timelines.
9.3 Acceptance of conditions
By requesting the backup service, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts the technical limitations of the process, the possibility of partial or error-prone recovery, and the associated cost. Flexi will not process any recovery without the Buyer’s formal written acceptance of the conditions.
10. Subscription Features
10.1 Service Platform
A SaaS platform designed to help businesses manage and track their customer relationships across multiple channels, with automations and integrated artificial intelligence. The platform also offers additional services such as marketing metrics visualization, among others.
10.2 Implementation Program
After subscribing, the Buyer will have access to an implementation program run by the Flexi team, which includes exclusive educational content about the contracted Services.
Flexi will provide SaaS services with the utmost diligence given the currently available means and technologies. However, the Buyer must be aware that Flexi cannot fully guarantee the reliability, continuity, or accuracy of all information made available through the Platform.
11. Flexi’s Obligations
Flexi agrees to:
- Provide the Buyer with access to the Service Platform and the features of the contracted Subscription during its term.
- Send the Buyer a purchase confirmation and a copy of these Terms to the registered email address.
- Apply reasonable care and professionalism in the provision of Services.
- Notify the Buyer with adequate advance notice of any substantial changes to these Terms or to Subscription pricing.
- Handle the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms and applicable data protection regulations.
12. Buyer’s Responsibilities
The Buyer will be responsible for:
- Any actions that contravene these Terms, the law, morals, or public order.
- The truthfulness, accuracy, and timeliness of the data provided to Flexi.
- The proper safeguarding of their passwords and access credentials.
- Downloading and preserving their data before account cancellation.
- Not using the Platform in a way that could cause damage, interruptions, or defects in its operation.
- Not transmitting viruses, malicious code, or other harmful programs or files.
- Not infringing intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to Flexi or third parties.
- Not transmitting offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence.
- Not sending mass emails, surveys, or other forms of mass messaging.
In all cases for which the Buyer is responsible, no compensation will be due from Flexi for damages or losses, as permitted by applicable law.
13. Warranty and Liability
Flexi will be liable to the Buyer, considered a Consumer, for any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the Content or Service. In any case, Flexi’s liability to the Buyer will be limited to the price of the purchased Subscription.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and technological developments of the Platform are the property of Intergroup Digital Inc (Flexi) or its licensors. The Buyer may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit such content without the express written authorization of Flexi.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the countries in which Flexi operates, in accordance with the applicable regulations in each jurisdiction. For dispute resolution, the parties shall submit to the competent courts of the Buyer’s domicile, unless local regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
16. SMS / RCS Messaging Terms
Flexi Demos is a messaging program operated by Intergroup Digital Inc (“Flexi”). By opting in, you agree to receive RCS/SMS messages including demo confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages sent to the mobile number you provided.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Your opt-out request may take up to 30 days to process.
Help: Reply HELP for help or contact us at support@flexi.cx.
Consent: Your consent to receive SMS/RCS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
Data sharing: Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Number changes: Flexi is not responsible for messages sent to a number that has been reassigned. Users are not held liable for failing to opt out in the event of a phone number change.
Carrier disclaimer: Flexi is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
