Flexi customers may collect and manage Personal Data when using our products and services, which we may refer to as the “Subscription Service.” “Subscription Service” is defined in the terms and conditions and refers to all our web-based applications, tools, and platforms to which you have subscribed under an Order Form (Stripe Gateway) accessible through https://flexi.cx and https://flexinumber.com/, any auxiliary product and service, including web hosting, that we provide to you. When you use the Subscription Service, Flexi processes Personal Data as a processor under the direction of our clients. Our clients, as data controllers, are responsible for complying with any regulation or law that requires notification, disclosure, or obtaining consent before collecting their customers’ Personal Data through the Subscription Service.

In Flexi, only individuals over 18 years old with full legal capacity to act, acting in their own name or on behalf of legal entities, as well as minors whose parents have duly authorized them, may register. Flexi reserves the right to verify any of its subscribers at any time and may proceed with their deactivation if it is confirmed that they are minors.

1. Information We Collect and Manage

a. Information You Provide to Flexi

When you interact with us through our websites or any site or service linked to this Privacy Policy (Support channels: FB, INSTAGRAM, ETC., or FLEXI NUMBER) or use the Subscription Service, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you.
When you visit our websites, we collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our websites, such as when you subscribe to FlexiChat, FlexiNumber, sign up for a webinar, or request customer support. We may ask for your email address, first and last name, job title, and other similar business information. You can explore some of our websites without providing any personal data about yourself.

We collect Personal Data when you open a Flexi account, create or modify your user information, set preferences, or provide other related information to access or use our subscription service.

Payment Information

We collect payment and billing information when you sign up for paid products or services. For example, we may ask you for a billing address or contact for your Flexi account. If you provide us with this information, we will use it solely as authorized by you under this Privacy Policy.

You may also provide payment data, such as bank account numbers or credit card details, when purchasing products or services. We use third-party payment service providers to manage secure payment processing. We work with the Stripe payment platform, with our verified and 100% secure account. Any changes will be communicated through our digital communication channels.

Our product, or Subscription Service, allows our clients to create and share marketing, sales, and customer service content. When the client uses our products, personal data such as first and last name, email address, home address, and phone number may be collected, along with other information. The information our clients submit or collect through our products is referred to as “customer data.”
We do not control the content of our clients’ websites or the types of personal data they may wish to collect or manage through the subscription service. We store our clients’ information on the servers of our service providers but process it following the instructions our clients provide, in accordance with our terms and conditions, which prohibit us from using it except when necessary to provide and improve the subscription service and in compliance with legal requirements. You may connect third-party integrations with your Flexi account that may require certain permissions to access data or send information to that Flexi account.

It is your responsibility to review the third-party integrations you authorize. We may collect information about the types of integrations you use in your Flexi account. The permissions you grant to those third parties will allow them access to your data, which may include permissions to view, store, and modify data from your Flexi account, among other actions. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party integrations, so please review carefully the permissions you grant to those applications.

a. To Communicate With You About the Product and Services

We use the information you provide in your Flexi account when you register for the subscription service to contact you via transactional emails or WhatsApp about billing issues, account management, and other administrative matters. We may also send notifications related to our terms and conditions of service and other legal agreements, and we may contact you if security incidents occur, either by email or by sending a message to your personal number.
Finally, we use your information to provide assistance, for example, to resolve technical issues and analyze problems and service disruptions.

b. To Provide the Subscription Service

We use your account information and customer data to provide our products and services. For example, we use the email address you provide when registering to create your account, and your payment information allows us to charge for the subscription service. We also use this information to authenticate login and provide customer support.

c. To Develop and Improve Our Products and Services

We collect usage data on how you or your users interact with our products and services. We use this data to develop and improve our products and services. For example, usage data allows us to evaluate product trends and usage to determine what new features or integrations may interest our users.

When you visit our websites, open a Flexi account, attend one of our virtual events, or request more information, we automatically collect information using tracking technologies, such as cookies and tracking pixels.
Flexi uses cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, manage the website, track visitors’ activities on the websites, and collect demographic information about our user base in general.

b. Advertising

We collaborate with external advertising networks to display ads on our website or manage our ads on other sites. Our associated advertising network uses cookies and web beacons to collect information about your activities on this and other websites in order to display personalized ads based on your interests.

Flexi acts as a data processor for its customers and will cooperate with them to address these requests when appropriate.
